Business Policy

At ADT, we require a 50% non refundable deposit to secure your date. Dates are first come first serve, so it would be totally up to you when you would like to secure the date and if its still available when you are ready to book.

Remaining balance is due 3 days before order pickup. All pickups are during business hours ONLY, Thursday-Monday 2pm-7:30pm. If cake flavor is not specified before deposit is made , the default flavor you will receive is VANILLA.

Liability Release Terms & Conditions for Customer Pick Up

You agree to the following terms by electing to pick up your cake. Due to the delicate nature of my products I (Ashley-Owner/Baker) am not liable for any damages caused once the product has left my possession. When you or your representative elects to pick up and set up the cake, you assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the cake once it leaves the baking site.

I take every measure to supply you with a stable product but cannot guarantee structural integrity during transport. Every order is photographed upon completion and is tested to verify the cake is correct and properly supported before pick up. Please always handle your cake with great care. Transport and display on flat, well supported surfaces only, and do not leave in temperatures above 70 degrees F for extended periods of time.

Requests for refunds due to customer negligence or improper handling/storage WILL NOT be issued.

Allergen Warning

My products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, gluten, nuts, soy, and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold me harmless for allergic reactions. My kitchen is not allergen free!

Note: ALL of our cakes are buttercream icing. Once at your destination, refrigerate your cake if not being served right away (take out 1 hour before serving). On hot days, cakes and cupcakes should be kept cool as our buttercream will melt! As preservatives are not used in our products.

WE DO NOT MAKE FONDANT CAKES.
